What we do with your details
Short version: we use them to answer you, and nothing else.
What we collect
Only what you type into the consultation form: your name, your phone number or email address, your country if you give it, your size and making preferences, and your message. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. A single session cookie is set so the form can protect itself against automated abuse.
What we do with it
Your message is sent to our own inbox so a member of our team can reply. A copy may also be forwarded to a company messaging account so enquiries are seen quickly outside office hours. A record of the enquiry is kept on our own system so we can find it again when we talk to you.
If you gave an email address, we send you an automatic acknowledgement with a copy of what you wrote. That is the only automatic email you will receive. We do not add you to a mailing list.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.
- We do not send promotional messages to people who only asked a question.
- We do not ask for, store or process payment card details through this website. Purchases are handled on our main store.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while they are useful for serving you and for our own accounts. Ask us to delete your record and we will do it.
